  SAINT KIRIK RECREATIONAL AREA  
CBKEA, with financial support from the BULGARIAN - AMERICAN SOCIETY, recently began developing the Saint Kirik Recreational Area. It will be open to the public in August 2007 and an opening celebration is planned for the weekend of July 28, 2007. Visit the link above for more information.

CBKEA is a non-governmental organization made up of local guesthouse owners, craftspeople and mountain guides. The Association's mission is to develop a comprehensive sustainable tourism product for the town of Kalofer and the surrounding region while working in partnership with the National Park Directorate for the rehabilitation and conservation of natural resources.
