| Tourist Information Center
The Center is managed by the Central Balkan Kalofer Ecotourism Association and is open year round. The staff provides free tourism planning services including lodging reservations, arranging local guided tours and assistance with general travel information. The Center houses a small store where it sells books, maps and handmade items produced by local crafts people, such as traditional rugs and Kalofer's renowned lace. On the second floor of the Center is a conference room equipped with a laptop and projector. It seats approximately 30 people and is an ideal place to conduct trainings and hold meetings.
